Will the massage hurt?

Therapeutic massage may involve some discomfort when working on tight muscles or trigger points, but it should never be painful. I always encourage open communication during your session — if anything feels too intense, please let me know so I can adjust the pressure immediately.

How will I feel after my massage?

Most people feel very relaxed, with reduced muscle tension and increased mobility. Some may experience mild soreness for 24-48 hours after deeper work, similar to how you might feel after exercise. Drinking plenty of water helps minimize this effect and supports the body's natural healing process.
